Hi Chris slowly coming to the conclusion this is the most convincing phantom ever! She went down earlier and is well out of sorts but that's as far as she has gone...... well it will be dark soon..... Hey wish I had gone back to bed at 6 this morning cus joined the zombie club now
There is little doubt it soon...... she foaled early morning last year (in daylight though) Its turned, its moved back so it can't be long but except for the odd twinge she isn't ready.......bet its a colt
Were you at work today? I now you probably said but being knackered doesn't help the eye sight at allxx
Hi Julie hope your ok? Oh we wont need ropes........ Oh lets not have it that complicatedWe could all give her a big hug round her middle and see if that does anything.......

Hi all, clothes shopping instead of Clumber Park, oh dear, mind you, the park would be packed on a warm spring day. Hope the family "do" is sorted Julie.
Are we still pacing for the imminent birth? We are all waiting with bated breath. You must be pooped
Had lunch, which was nice, pootled round antique centre, got a few little bits and bats to sell on. Got home, made a cuppa, then the folks turned up as a surprise, which was nice, they don't live far awy but it is months since they have felt able enough to get out for a drive. More cups of T, cakes, Mother fussing around and noseying at the garden. Dad fell asleep within 10 minutes, bless.
Now I am pooped and muscles are burning like a fire, so that signals a wee nap me thinks. Have had a sweep, strawberries and cream in the fridge,
done the tables for the evening sitting,
topped up the urn and the coffee machine, re loaded the hugs and energy supplies as I am sure we will need them later. Lovely and warm at the moment, but I bet it goes chilly later, clear skies (apart from the ash that is lurking up there)

Evening All
Sorry not read back but hope everyone is ok.
I think I will have a coffee and a sticky bun with a cherry on the top please. Here is my magnolia tree which is full of flowers on it.
Just thought I would show you my garden and the flowers Trish xx0 -
Hi Trish
Your garden looks lovely, there are even a few daffs and crocuses in my bit of jungle now too. Doesn't a bit of sun make all the difference. How's you today?
Bubbles nice to hear you had a change from pottering and did a bit of pootling today.Hope you are feeling better now. Yes we are still pacing re the foal.
Cris why does the world conspire against you to keep you up all night! :x Mind at least a new foal is a goodish reason if she does keep you up. I recommend a bit of armchair duty. My internet on a go slow at the mo, hope you are not struggling with yours. No work today for me but back at the shop tomorrow. No sale for you I hope.
Hi Joan and Sue hope you had a good afternoon.
Julie hope the crisis over and you have good evening there? ((( )))
Chris0 -
Hi Trish, good to see you! Your flowers are beautiful............we have two magnolia trees in sight, one opposite the house which is a deep pink and a white one beside the house (that's a big one, must be 15ft high). Neither are ours, but I will regret leaving them.
It's been such a glorious day today.......the wind eased off and I was thankful (though that's probably the wrong thing to be. Don't we need a high wind to shift the ash?). Hope everyone else has had good days, too.
Had a lovely walk along the river earlier.............first time I've really enjoyed being outside for weeks. It did make a change.
Had a very quiet day and apart from my Rheumy appointment on Monday I have a quiet week coming up before the rocket goes up and we start moving furniture etc.
Will have a builders and then go and do a couple more bits and pieces.............

Have just heard my brother is stuck in Innsbruck! Should have been coming home tomorrow, but no chance.

Evening to one and all
Trish, glad you are feeling better today, very good to hear.........
Julie, oh dear, big hugs and hoping things are ok tomorrow, not that it will be easy
We are still waiting for births, pacing up and down. Yes, today I was poddling.
Waded through the "talent" show, tried very hard not to nod off.........
A gentleman let me though in the antique centre today, he said "I'll let you hobble through first".......thinking about it, I should have punched him, but I did say, "you have my legs, I will have yours". 8) I don't think he meant any harm, he wasn't the horrid type of person. He was sat on the next table in the restaurant so I kept giving evil eyes :x 8) and spread all my lunch time pills across the table in a wonderful display. That's my little grump over. Now, time for a cup of T
