Humira and 15mgs Prednisalone

Hi,

I don't know what to do, I am on Humira had 2 injections and had a awful 2weeks with a flare and feeling abit rough sore throat stuffy nose but no tempreture crp up to 66 again just tapered down to 1mg of pred now docs want me to up it again to 15mg as the flare is quite bad.
I am going to spain on monday and due another Humira injection tomorrow so don't know wether to leave humira off for a week and take 15mg of pred or to just run with it and take Humira and keep off the pred?

Think I'm scared of taking both and being in spain worried about getting infection as pred masks infections and humira make a mild infection worse :roll:

any ideas Guys ???
