Went to the chiropodist today, old feet were very sore. He says he is very concerned about the loss of height on my right side. I rock from side to side when I walk and my daughter measures me on both sides, on the kitchen door. Right side two inches shorter than left side. GP says its just my posture!!!! Chiropodist is referring me to a specialist at the hospital, he says GP should have done something before it got this bad. Just cant wait ill my GP comes back from holiday (5weeks) so I can spoil her day, like she has spoiled mine for the last 18 months. I know its really b**chy but I feel she deserves it.

Yay. Good for you. Hope they get it sorted. Some Docs are just not worth the time.

When I recently asked for counselling again to the head GP, no joke she said "but your Employer has things like that in place"

I waited until the one I saw before was in and she was off, she wrote a letter the same day to my old Counsellor asking her to see me ASAP. The other Doc will be mad but so what! Serves her right.

So glad you had the guts to do it, you should be very proud of yourself!

After reading some of the posts I realise how lucky I am with my GP who has pushed for me to get the right type of help and has no hesitation sending a cheeky note to the hospital.

Would like to be a fly on the wall to see her face when you tell her.

Hope you don't wait too long for an appointment.

Hi, I'm lucky with my GP and I know several at the practice who are also good, as mine has a lot of time off sick - over a year at one point. She very frail looking, I don't know what is wrong, but she understands the problems. I good GP is worth their weight in gold! :) I'm so sorry for people you if you have problems with your GP. Love Sue
