Hi there Debbie and Dexter! :D

So pleased to hear you are up from your down. :D We are allowed to have these blips but it is good when they don't last too long. I think one appreciates the "ups" more that way.:lol::lol:

Enjoy your weekend! look forward to hearing about your next adventure!

    Luv

The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

Hi, I got told off by the dentist last month, my gums where bleeding and inflammed, told me I don't floss enough! Gave me a patronizing lecture, told me to get an electric tooth brush, which I have already, and never fail, however tired I am to brush and floss my teeth every night! :( I felt about 2 years old! So of course now I always floss my teeth, and clean them properly! Well, sometimes, .
Hope the wisdom tooth wasn't too sore.

    Hi Debbie and Dexter,

Nice to see you back and yep I read an article on that as well...... I think it was only if it wasn't controlled? Like you I have become very thorough and now have receding gums so go careful  A big pat to Dexter and this lot send an assortment of wags to him as well. Cris x

I have had a broken tooth and a filling done today and asked dentist if i should try swilling mouth out with salt water. She said an ordinary mouth wash would do ,as long as it is not alcohol based which drys the mouth .I get dry mouth i did mention us ras have gum problems. she agreeed and gave me lecture on not eating too many sweeties and how to clean my teeth as if i dont know after these years

I am sorry to hear about your wisdom tooth coming out  ive had one out once it aint nice and havent they got long roots on them and they bleed a lot afterwards.
I hope you are getting some rest and are recovered from it all. :) Im enjoying my copy of arthrtis news and enjoying the articles :D
    best wishes joanne
