    Hi Woodbon
Hope by now you have answers, let us know.
I write everything down, more so than the consultant does.
My gp takes my list off me now, he loves it. wishes everyone would do it.
I have to write everything down now. My memory is terrible.
    Anyone else have problems.

Shall wait now with baited breath for your new found wisdom's of health?????
I feel like giving big hugs today, the sun's shining

Hi, good luck. You are right, best to write everything down, you just offload when you get there and often come out and realise you missed something.

Plus the Dr can really get an idea of what's going on. I really hope you get the answrs you need. Hope you can come back and let us know everything went.

    Hi Alli

I do hope it was a successful mission at your gp's today and that you were listened to and given all of your 10 minutes and more time if it was needed.

Hope to hear from you later.

    Luv

    Hi Alli

Really pleased to hear your appointment went ok. I have oa as well. Let's hope the physio helps and you do not have to wait too long for your first session.

It is good to try to keep the joints moving but at the same time not to overdo things.

I wish you all the best with your physio.

Take care and look after yourself,

    Luv
