Prescription costs

From local chemist..or GP surgery.
It costs £104 per year...
As I'm currently on 8 different 'meds' it was costing me nearly £60 a month
Saving me a fortune.
I filled in form at Chemist and that was it. It applies as soon as you've paid your money. no need to wait for card to arrive. Just sign back of perscription to say you'd pre-paid.
Hell an easy to fill in form......not many of those left for us eh??

Oh Val....what a cunning plan.....
Too much for a 'simple old village boy' like me to have though of.

You can do them on line too....
Saves the cost of a telephone call( if you are tight like me :!:  )...
Cant remember the address but try putting ' pay monthly for percriptions' into google....they also send you an email when its due to run out.....
Hope this helps

Hi, I have one, and they are certainly worth it if you have regular medicaton. The only thing is, I've had it for quite a while and I can't remeber how I got it!! The GP or the chemist are sure to know. Love Sue0

Any chemist can give you one right away. I have a yearly one too, could'nt manage otherwise. I used to do that thing too, getting one for 3 months and stocking up then leaving it for a month or two but there were some tablets I could'nt get to stock up.
Here in Northern Ireland our charges went down this year and will be abolished next year.
