    Hi Noel

    How are you today? It's very silent in my house too. Sometimes it gets me down - when my hubby is at work but today I don't mind. I'm going to do a few chores and settle down to read a book with some gentle music in the background.

    I would be lost if I couldn't speak/communicate. My mother told me that it was a good job I didn't have to pay rent on her mouth - she would have been broke - thiere's nothing like a good chin wag.

    You only say what you feel or think at the time. We're all different with different ways of doing or saying things. That's what makes this world brilliant.

    Your opinions are welcome on this site and from what I've read you've given a great deal of encouragement and good advice to many.

    Sorry to hear that the world is a bit heavy on your shoulders at the moment. It is good to hear from you, and you know how much we all think of you. You can come on here for a good moan any time, and no-one will judge you in a bad way.

    It's a lovely sunny morning, and I'm very envious of you being able to walk by the sea. I wish I could go for a stroll with you right now, and then I could tell you how valued you are.

    Not feeling that fantastic? Thats a bit hard on yourself, but sometimes, I find, that not just one thing goes wrong, but everything I touch seems to go wrong. Today I went shopping and got to the till and couldn't, for the life of me, remember my PIN. I tried several, which locked the card. So I went outside to the cash machine, put the card in and guess what? I'd forgotten my pin.

    Felt a write twit, could be because i am :oops:

    I hope you soon feel a bit brighter, then you'll not worry about other peoples opinion so much.
