    Hi Suzie

Are they cold or warm and do they hurt? Maybe Reynaurds if they feel cold to touch and turning blue too. Think you should get it checked out by your Dr. Could be something like Fasciitis.

it was 1 in the morning so i can't recall feeling my hands and thinking they were hot or cold just thinking i need sleep!
the hand joints are cold to the touch today when blue and i did think reynaurds too but then i didn't think that fitted in with the burning feeling!
your right a trip to the doctors would be a good idea though.

    Hi Suzie,

I am with Vonski on this and think a trip to the doctors would be a good idea. I haven't got Raynard's I got its cousin and my feet especially can burn when they have been really cold and start to warm up but they are never red. Purple, yellow and blue but never red. The blue knuckles I have a lot but with me its lack of blood and cold and it hurts.

I hope the doctor can help you out. Take care Cris

Hi, the palms of my hands are always red and warm, but I also have Raynaulds mostly with my toes, so I agree a visit to the gp is a very good idea love Jaspercatxx

    Hi
Does sound like a circulation problem especially with the colour effects!! I have raynauds and my hands and toes go blue then white. Usually there is no discomfort though unless I don't do anything to get the circulation back again eg massaging my hands. Then it becomes painful.
If your hands and feet itch it could indicate other things though so a trip to your GP would probably be best.

    Hi,
Sounds like you should go and have a few words with your GP. I vote with the others, circulation problems seem likely, but thats just my guess. Love Sue
