    Hi!

Yes, autumn IS here..... just take a look at the wonderful mixtures of colours in the trees, so many greens, golds, reds and browns. Take time to just sit, look, and wonder. Doesn't each season have its plus points along with the negs?

Cheer up - it'll soon be christmas

    take care, Jackie x

    Dear Chrisov

Grandads are allowed to be grumpy but not down :( Doesn't little Charlie lift your spirits whatever time of year it is? I know little Lola does, every time I see her. She looks so happy and excited to see her Gran and my heart just melts. I love seeing the simple things that bring her such joy and laughter, like playing peekaboo :D

    Love

    Hi Chrisov
I too am much more down than usual :(
The nights are drawing in and the mornings are darker too :(
I reckon there's something in that SAD thing - I really do.
I hope you pick up a little bit soon

So glad to hear you feel a little brighter, thats
    good news.

I reckon you will do very fair with the U C questions.

    Hi Noeltone

I'm feeling a bit like that - I'm a Spring/Summer type of person. I've got some things planned to while away these dark nights. A heap of books to read; jam/marmalade to make from my perching stooll Christmas pudding; shopping online for presents; I may even write all my Christmas cards early just in case I get called in for my tkr surgery early!

I keep promising myself to put all those photos I've got hanging around in the filing cabinet into albums - but i may save that for after my operation. I've heard that you're not supposed to do any heavy housework for six weeks!!

The clocks go back this month too - how depressing!

How many questions did you get? a lot more than me I am sure!

you aren't the resident quiz expert on here for nothing!

    Hello,
Its the time of the year a lot of us get down, especially on grey days like today has been here. Still, with some luck we may get a bit more sun before the really bad weather sets in. Do you use a lightbox? They are supposed to help quite a bit. Love Sue

    Hi and well done!
I mean in managing to brighten up a bit....... don't know how you did on the UC :?: Do you watch Eggheads, I like to watch that, although sometimes they give such a lot of extra info than just saying the answer! Smart a*ses lol

Hope you feel bright tomorrow too :)

    Hi Chrisov
My sister has a light box it is just a box which emits daylight and you sit near it for periods of time in the winter. She swears by it - I think it cost about £100.
    Take care

Aw, I am so sorry to hear that, Chrisov, but at least you like him being around though and that in itself says a great deal. I love their innocence at that age and everything is such fun to them.
