I suffer from Sebhoric eczema and use coal tar soaps and shampoo.I love the smell but not everyone does,it takes me back to infant school where we used lifebouy soap.
    Thanks for the memory.

i to am allerigic to soap and most perfumes.
i can now use 'simple' products but if even that causes a reaction i have to use 'aqueous cream' it's a moisturiser, but you use it to wash with, it doesn't lather but trust me you won't smell as it washes you well!
i'm actually more sensitive in 'certain' areas, i used to get terrible pain and so sore, ouch! and it was only recently that a friend had to get me some shower gel and she said to try simple as it's perfume and soap free and yay it worked, it's like a little luxury as i don't use it all the time, just in case!
so don't worry, i know it's not as nice as proper soap but if it helps it's so worth it!
    good luck

    Hi Pauline
I bet it will be better than you think and that you won't smell at all.
Got to be worth a try - that dermatitis isn't nice is it :(
You take care and we'll still love you :D
