Hi sorry you dont feel good at mo, i dont take Humira so dont know about this. i do feel "spaced out" or" not with it" for a day or 2 after i take MXT.
i think you should call your rhuemy or doctor just to check it out.
    hope you feel better tomorrow.
    take care

    HI,

like the others have said, do get checked out, particularly as you have started on a new med. May be just coincidence, but you need to get checked I would have thought
    good luck

Hi, you really need to get a doctor or Practise Nurse to look at you. It may be an infection in your ear causing vertigo. I've had that and it came on suddenly, I got up from a chair and the room sort of span round. If so you need something to stop it, and they can give you that. They will help you too if it is the drug. It is a very frightening thing, I know, when you get those sort of feelings.
    Lots of love Sue

The MTX has hit me very bad this week. I spent a couple of days feeling very sick and giddy. No physically sick though.

I think the side affects from any medication are upsetting and you wonder if it is worth it?
I then try and remember the pain I used to be in and how hit made me cry. I'm in pain now, but it is subdued, a bit niggly maybe but not the constant nagging one it used to be. I think these are things you have to put in perspective.

Two weeks is not so long to be on any new medication and it can take 12 weeks sometimes to start feeling any benefits.

On the other hand, if the dizziness is worrying,it's a good idea to get it checked out in case there is another underlying issue.

Now I think the reason why my MTX has affected me more this week is because I have started my first cold for 18 months. I'm not feeling so good either.

    Hi
I'm sorry you don't feel well, feeling dizzy is quite frightening, especially when you don't know the cause. I agree with all the others, you should get it checked out and they may even be able to give you something to help. Take care, love Sue

When I first went on Humira I expereienced vertigo and nausea. I still do if I get over tired. The side-effects went after 3/4 weeks of being on the med.
