back pain

hi lovelies,
just want to ask if any one else has this problem,
when i,m walking i have terrible pain in my lower back, which travels down to my thigh muscles above my knees, it becomes ompossible for me to walk any further, I have had painin my back for years but always put it down to strain from going to the loo, so kinder ignored it but this is driving me mad its stopping me in my tracks, i,ve actually being to sleep this after noon, and feel all at odds. its my mtx day so I surpose that is adding to the out of sorts,
any ideas, I just can't be off my feet at the mo.

    Hi, Sounds to me like you've got a bit of a problem with your back, which is causing the pain to go into your legs, because the nerves from your back can cause pain their like sciatica type of thing. It may be time to get your GP to check it for you. Hope you soon feel a lot better. Love Sue

    I'm with Sue on that one.

    You do need to check it out with the Doc - it does sound like something is pressing on a nerve. You don't want to do long term damage do you.

    This could be arthritis. But I suggest that you see a gp to have this checked. I have arthritis too and pretty much feel the same as your symptoms. If ever that it'll be arthritis, ask your doctor about tramadol. Very much helpful for the pain. Good luck.
