How long does it take?

I had an medical yesterday to see if I will be in the support group for ESA or the work related one. I was only in there about 1/2 an hour, I was asked no questions about work at all. The doc was visibly upset when she saw the deformity in my hands.

My question is how long will it be before I know which group they have put me into?
