I've just added to your other thread John and I'm so very pleased that you've taken control and sound more positive. Well done. Let us know how you go on.

    Dear John,

Often in the early hours everything appears much, much worse. Nevertheless, you have far too much going on for you at the moment and I am so relieved that you have already sorted out some councelling. Not long to wait and that is good. Just get over the weekend and we are here to help you do just that.

That is right, you do need ME time, big time and it will start for sure on Monday.

    Bless you, John,

    Love
    Elna x
The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

    Hi John

I am so glad that you have managed to get some help, and that you feel a bit better.

I must apologise to you, because when I posted my reply to you I didn't realise that you had so many things going on in your life besides the arthritis. It was only after I read Elna's post that I realised what a bad time you have been having.

I hope that the counselling will help you to see a way forward.

    Joan

    Hi John
I am sorry, I have only just seen your post but I am so glad that you have decided to seek help. In the past I have found councelling
so beneficial for various aspects of my life, not just arthritis. I hope that it proves as helpful to you and that you start to feel better soon.
