I have done another silly thing

Hi, hope you are all as well is as possible, I have been helping Malcolm to sort out his dad's house today, I took a step backwards and felt a really sharp pain in my right ankle, despite resting it and putting a bag of peas on it, the pain continues. Malcolm, against my better judgement, decided to call an ambulance, they took me to Wythenshawe hospital, a delightful 4 hours in casualty, the x-ray showed a soft tissue injury.

So here I am can barely walk again, can anything else happen? I think this year has been the worst ever love Jaspercatxx

    poor u and all that time at the hospital. keep your foot up and take care ((((((hug))))) ay least u can still come on here

    You are in the wars. Can't do things by halves. Take care and put plenty of ice on it.

    Poor you as if you don't have enough on your plate. Soft tissue injuries can take a long time to heal so do be prepared. Hope you are'nt in too much more pain and get better soon.

    Rest up, they can be very painful. Hope you make a quick recovery.

    rest up hun & i hope it gets better soon.
    I stupidly picked up a ceramic plant pot(full) last week in the garden & as i picked it up my ankle screamed at me,wont be doing that again.
    why do i never learn that i cant do it. :roll:

    It's a good job you went to hospital. I suppose this means lots of rest for you.

    Do take care and try and stay out of trouble! :lol::lol::lol:

    I'm sorry you've hurt your foot i hope you dont have to much pain.
    think of all the things you can do sitting down
    watching tele reading writing and sleeping.

    Hi, thanks everyone, I am banned from helping sort out dad's house, luckily one of Malcolm's nephews have offered him all day saturday to help him, hoping it will soon be over.
