We all have arthritis to a lesser or greater degree and try to help and support each other as much as we can, we are all ages too.

Just thought i'd say Hi and hope you find the forums useful. I seem to read more than post cos I'm still new to Arthur so don't really know what to advise people. It's a mine of useful information though.
