Hi, I am going through a stage of being totally exhausted, I am sleeping like a log but still extremely tired, and my joints are terrible, even some that have never hurt before, I am sure that things are catching me up slowly but surely, mind you october was a very bad month, the trouble is that while I am sleeping I am also having some weird dreams love Jaspercatxx

    Hi Jaspercat

Think you're right and things are catching up with you now, you have been through a lot this year. Listen to your body and rest as much as you need to and hopefully things will get better, if they don't improve see your Dr. Are the dreams horrible or just weird?

    Love

    HI Jaspercat,

I know what you mean .... that happens to me if I have overdone it .... and the dreams don't help you to feel rested either do they?

I hope you will get some rest and remember to take it easy for a bit until your body catches up with you again.

    hugs ((((((((((((((((()))))))))))))))))))

    Hi Jasper

Iknow exactly how you're feeling! I am spending about 15 hours asleep a day and i still wake up totally exhausted. My husband is having to do everything around the home as i just done have the energy. I wouldn't say my aches and pains have got worse but since arthur is in my back, being in bed that abount if time isn't helping. I've been like this for the last 2 weeks. I was also very low the other night so now on anti depressents also.

And the weird dreams........i snogged a fellow supervisor at work.........and my husband works with me! As i was waking up i thought 'god, how am i going to face everyone'. Then i realised it was just a dream. That was weird!

I also have trouble concentrating, don't know how many times i write these posts out because i have spelt somethng wrong, and i still miss the mistakes sometimes

    Hope you feel better soon

    Hi Jaspercat
I hope you're feeling a bit more rested. Have you tried drinking peppermint tea or a hot cocoa before bed? It may help.

I have some weird dreams on amytriptline. I dreamt that my father-in-law was painting my kitchen with white and I was screaming at him not to put gloss on my working tops! We had a new kitchen fitted in February so why I would dream that is anyone's guess!

I seem to be getting new aches too - so understand completely where you're coming from.

    Hi Jasper

If you need to rest then go for it. I think we dont' listen to our bodies often enough. You'll probably feel better for it.

Hi Jasper, I'm not surprised your feeling so tired now, its only natural. As for the dreams, it could be your mind trying sort things out as you've been through such a lot. Dreams, so I read or heard, are something thats necessary to having a proper rest.

I hope that you'r keeping well, apart from that and letting yourself get all the rest you need. Love Sue
