I'm 43 and had a bone density scan done recently. The results came back as borderline.

My doc advised me to eat lots of calcium-rich foods which don't really agree with me, and I thought aggravated RA?

She also suggested taking HRT if I showed signs of going into an early menopause. As someone who loathes taking drugs I hate the thought of having those as well as arthritis ones.

Just wondered if anyone out there was on HRT and if they were taking one designed to help with aching muscles? I don't mind taking arcoxia with HRT but not anything stronger as I don't think my digestive system could cope.
