You take care and I will get back to you but just now I am falling apart a bit, it is only temporary I promise. Luv, ((( ))) and bubbles Cris xx

    Hi Joan,

I'm in a bit of a bad time just now but something has cheered me up today..... My lame sheep seems to be responding to her antibiotics :D Doesn't sound much but its made me feel less scared. x

    Hi Cris

I'm so sorry to hear that you are having a bad time at the moment. The lamb responding to the antibiotics is one reason to be cheerful anyway. Don't be scared. We are always here to support you.

My two sons were home recently to go to their "beloved" Anfield.
They are - and always have been - my reason to be happy. More than ever now as they are all I have left.

The elder one is a Film Journalist, and travels all over the world to Film Festivals, interviewing famous actors, and reviewing their films. He is also Deputy Editor of the BFI Film magazine in London, and has had books published.

My younger son isn`t behind the door, either. Running his own company in London and Oxford.

Occasionally, when I am alone, I think Wow, what happened to those loveable scruffy little sods. Well, they are still there. They were out in the garden at one point playing footie, and screaming "On me `ead".

I broke down in tears when my eldest ,waving his arms around, said to his brother "God, I miss all this. This is real, not the pretentious S... I see every day".

Whenever people say to me "You must be so proud of them", I tell them I am proud of the men they have become. My reason to be happy........Ange.

I have a good reason to be happy tomorrow, if a little sad.

I will be seeing my dear sister-in-law who is loosing her battle with cancer. We live in Kent but Mary moved to Leicester in the 80's so we don't see her that often.

Everytime we see her, we're thinking it will be the last time so tomorrow is a happy day as she is down here in Kent :D

    Hi.
One of my dil's is terribly ill at the moment and is in hospital. Her body has not responded to the bone marrow and the blood refining treatment. So now it is a waiting game wondering if the next infection will be her last. They cannot raise her immune systems because if they do that will kill her. You have to ask yourself, would that be a bad thing and have we used up all the hope?
If I don't try and stay happy though, I have to stay sane.

    Hi Joy and Carol

It is hard to stay positive when someone you love is so ill. My heart goes out to both of you, and I hope you can stay strong. Take care of yourselves too.

    Hi

    I'm really cheerful today:

I've just been told that I don't need a TKR yet.

I've been given an injection in my hip which will hopefully help my bursitis.

I've heard from a special friend who means a lot to me
