The social commissoners appeal is over

it was just like in court room filled with chairs the girl from cab on my left and on the other side of room the opposition for the dla panel, in the middle court clerk taking notes , behind her three big chairs in the middle sat the commissoner(judge)it was like wacthing tennis one word bard the other the commissoner said this was just to see if any points of law were broken and if so then a grant of leave to appeal will be made .

So if the answer is yes, then it is back to the drawing board , I have to go through the whole process again. I am so drained today of enegry.
I will not hear anyting for a month yet

Thank you all for your kind words of support

Oh Mike. It's a terrible situation to be in when you have use all your energy fighting the system like this. And now another month of worry.
We would like to know how it all goes. It would be nice to know that you could enjoy a relaxed Christmas. Fingers crossed.
