I have seen slanket/snuggie mentioned oh here a few times as a way of keeping warm. I bought 2, brand new, in original sealed box, from ebay and in my opinion, don't waste your money.
They are said to be fleece, well i've seen thicker felt! They are not all that big either, sure they will cover you but as soon as you move

Hi Lyn, that's something else with these slankets/ you can't exactly walk around wearing them so if someone came to the door, you would have to take it off which is more complicated than slipping out from under a blanket. It's like wearing a dressing gown/robe back to front and your back is exposed. Stick with the normal blankets.

You need to watch some Clint Eastwood westerns. Cut a small slot in the middle of an old single blanket and put it over your head. Trim the length of the blanket to suit. Stripier the better and available in pink.
Suits you madam, suits you.
Known in the 'old west' as a poncho!
