OK this is probably a tad easy but I’ll give it a go
So who sang this and who did a cover version of it

I remember Paris in '49.
The Champs Elysee, Saint Michel,
and old Beaujolais wine.

    Oh MY can that guy play the guitar or wot? Bought the album on the strength of this one song many moons ago. Can't tell you who did the cover version though so will leave someone to enlighten me?
