    Hi Val

You are not the only one who gets frustrated. It seems like if you dare to enjoy yourself, you have to pay the price sometimes.

Hope you are feeling better now

Sorry to see this Val. Is it easy to over do things in the garden when the weather is reasonable. Has been a good day here too. Hope you feel a bit better now and am hoping that a good rest tonight will do the trick for you. Sending hugs.

Hi val have you seen your doc or rhemy about this shaking as i get it too and was prescribe gabertine then i got realy bad neck ack that would not go away so the rhemy got me an mri and found that i have two bulging discs that need an operation to sort them out :?
Hopefully I will soon get the op now. I am down for the new year but dont have a date yet. so its worth talking to someone if you get bad pain and the shakes as i do all the time now. I tried to do a little bit of dusting and clearing up and i am now flat on my back in bed with pain. I take an awful lot of strong painkillers but dosent do much for me now. I hope its just that you've over done it a bit and its not anything like i have be careful and take it easy :) lots of hugs CB

Its so easy to overdo things. When you have a good day and feel you want to do something, you can get caught up in the job and forget to take things gently and stop! Then, well you know the rest!! Easy to say take it easy, pace yourself - but its harder to do! Love Sue

    Hi Val

Maybe you should get someone to help you in the garden. I can't do much anymore and I so miss it. I have a picker upper thing which is great for getting out the weeds. My husband (who is not a gardener) has been learning new skills! He's getting better at the weeding and since I've had arthur has done all the mowing and maintenance - I get jealous watching him doing all the jobs I used to love doing!!!

    Yep, arthur is a pain.

Have you had the shakes before? If it happens again tell your GP some meds can cause you to have tremors.

    Take care.

    Hi Val,

Sorry I am late answering your post. I get the shakes alot if I over do it or get pulled about by one of the employers. Mine def comes from my neck and back depending on where the shakes are and often its both that are upset by definition of over doing it. If you haven't had your neck really looked at maybe you should ask your gp to do so?

Frustration........ Don't start me on that one :lol: Hope you soon feel like your self again. Luv Cris x
