Hi all,
do dietary guidelines for OA indicate that one should avoid sugar, or foods high in sugar?
I wonder what experiences people have had...I recently started eating a lot of dried fruit (to help with digestive issues, some of you may recall...) and wonder if I'm ingesting too much sugar as a result, what with the amount of figs, prunes and apricots I'm consuming.
I don't eat anything else sweet, like biscuits or anything,
Reason I ask is because back has been more sore lately - but that could be because I'm walking wonky as a result of a broken toe....don't even ask
thanks in advance
