Hi

In case you get invited to a party, and need some conversation starters ( not likely in my case! ) here are some questions you can ask to break the ice, courtesy of today's paper.

1. With whom would you least like to be stuck in a lift :?:

2.When was the last time you cried :?:

3. What last made you laugh until your stomach ached :?:

4. What is your favourite film moment :?:

5. What is your favourite film quote :?:

Here are my answers;

1. A headmaster I once worked with. What a vile man :!: :!:

2. Last night. Cried buckets, and asked for a shoulder to cry on in the early hours on this site, but you were all asleep :!: Hey-ho

3.Anything written by Rehab

4.The Meg Ryan fake orgasm in "When Harry met Sally"

5. "Whatever she's on, I'll have some".

What are your answers :?: :?:

Cor, it's no wonder I don't get invited out much, these days. I've just discovered I haven't got any conversation whatsoever. Can't someone invent some new questions?

    1 Uuh?
    2 My business
3 At you when you were Biggles, Joan
    4 Uuh, uuh?
5 - now that one I can do, although I can't remember the name of the film. It was Edward G. Robinson as they sat him in the electric chair and asked him if he had any last requests - 'Yeah, sit on my lap'!

    Hi Annie

I can see that talking to you at a party would be an inspiring experience. However, I do approve of your choice for 3. I still haven't recovered from that Ripping Yarn :!:

The quote was very good. Are you sure it was EG Robinson, and not Rehab in disguise :?: It was Sir John Betjeman who, when asked if he had any regrets about his life said, "Yes, I didn't have enough sex". That would probably be a good epitaph for Rehab :!:
