I'm now nearly 19wks pregnant and I'm not in remission. In fact I've been having a flare up for the past month. Been feeling pretty rough really.
I'm doing 3hrs a week at the local museum to try and keep my brain active and this seems to set off another flare. 3 poxy hours!! Its rubbish!
Any suggestions?

you may have to wait a bit longer pet, i had a flare up at 6 weeks pregnant and seemed to last for months but the last 3 months of my pregnancy was the best i had felt in years. i think you need to come out of this flare up first and then maybe you will start to feel better.
it is awful to be in a flare and with no drugs to take but i promise it will be worth it, hang on in there

I soooo know how you feel and unfortunately I don't have anything positive to input as I'm still flaring so much and am now 26 weeks pregnant!
I was hoping for a drug free pregnancy but have had to go back on enbrel and prednisalone to control it (well make it vaguely bareable!) I have to stop enbrel at 32 weeks and I am dreading it as I know how bad it's gonna get.
On the positive side of things, all the baby checks despite the meds have come back totally fine which is very reassuring. I am under a very good team of Arthritis & Pregnancy specialists at St Thomas in London. They have been amazing!
Good luck with the pregnancy xx0 -

it will all be worth it.
