hip pain

hi i have ra but im starting to get alot of hip pain does anyone else suffer with this and also lower back pain wheni lay straight out flat on my back it still hurts? x

    I hope you are well otherwise.
    I have hip pain which is almost behind the hip near bum cheek. Wosrse after sitting/walking up hill. Dr said might be burtistis.??? anything like?

    I've just replied to a very similar message. I get terrible pain in my hips so you're not alone. It radiates in to my back and down my legs and quite often leads to me not having the strength to walk any distances without feeling really quite weak.

    snap!

    last october i started my meds and all the way though till this august my hips bothered me then in august i has a flare up in my hips the pain is unreal and the painkillers i was on did nothing and i felt sick, i then had to sleep on my back and that cause my back to hurt! i've since had an MRI scan and waiting to here back from that.
    the flare up is over now but do get the pain back time to time and boy does it hurt.
