Hi Alan,
There was a post about these and magnetic ones recently. I can't remember who it was by or what it was called but its not gong to be more than a page back I guess? I ware copper and magnetic and I don't know if they have helped or not. I have got oa and pa and on a bad day I'm not much good but then I think well I might be worse without them I don't think they do any harm and I haven't taken mine off even though they may be doing nothing. I have bumped up an old thread for you.
I used to wear a copper bracelet but when I took it off I felt no different. I have not worn it for years now.
