    HI Chrisov,

sorry to hear that you are feeling down, but I think you may be right that it is fall-out because of your flare.

I coped ok with a long time of no meds, but find that now I am back on the meds, and CHristmas comes along at a galloping pace, that the blues are not far away.

Sending you hugs and hoping that you soon feel more yourself.

    Hi Christov

Have you seen your GP about this? Your GP may review your medication and this may help. Since I've been taking amitryptiline I've been sleeping better and I don't seem to suffer so many flare ups. I can take up to 3 at night. I understand that it is also prescribed for people who are suffering with depression. It is a powerful relaxant. This may not be the med for you but the doctor is well placed to prescribe something to suit your particular needs.

Go and talk things over with your GP and see what they suggest.

In the meantime take care of yourself.

    With kind regards
    Sharmaine

    Hi Chrisov
I am feeling a bit sad too at the moment.
You have good reason to be down after such a dreadful flare - so you have to be kind to yourself
I do hope you feel better soon

    Hi Chrisov

I do hope you will soon feel much better in yourself, both mentally and physically.

I have noticed that you have not been on the forum as much as you have done in the past, but I put that down you being busier these days.

    Luv

Hi, I'm so sorry you'r feeling down again. It gets dark so early now, I think that effects us all! I have been feeling a bit sad and sorry for myself at times this last couple of weeks, but nothing like as bad as you get.

ESA medical tomorrow, and not till 4pm, so I'll have all day to think about it in. Lovely. So get ready with the soothing remarks, and start to play your violin, for when I get upset/angry/fed up because I've got to appeal! I'm laughing today, its either that or start climbing walls!

Take care of yourself, everyone is supposed to be happy and jolly at this time of year and I think a lot of us feel the pressure of this too much. I think, too we all want to be a perfect family, like a TV advert, but for most of us it just doesn't work out that way.

    Hi Chrisov,

I'm late seeing this but am glad to read your feeling bit brighter today. I also think the flare is probably behind some of it for you. I hope your bones will behave for a while now and you take care. Cris x

    Hi Chrisov
I'm late replying to this as well......Just read your last post....you sound more "Up"........I think we all get down at this time of the year...I know I do {not depression like you get} just miserable....with the dark mornings and dark evenings no sun etc.
Have you no intention of going off on your travels again? Thats about the last I remember when I was on here before......you heading off to the sun. Lucky you
    Take care
    Love
