Hi everyone, has anyone had this??? Dont know if its RA related though. Seen GP today and forgot to mention it, went for help with sleeping mainly, and saw a different GP who was actually helpful, so it threw me a bit!!
The leg has been for just over a week, (9 days) and is really tender and painful to touch. Any ideas anyone??? Jay :?

Jay, get to a doctor or someone medical asap in case it's a DVT. This is what happened to me in July this year.................check it out as soon as you can.
It could well be related to something else, but it rang bells with me and I think you should be careful.

Hi Jordan,
I agree with Annie and am glad to see you post you will have it looked at tomorrow. It might be a lot of things but it does sound more circulation than bones maybe but they are linked somewhere, how ever loosely. Anyway good luck with it and in the mean time rest it up as high as you can stand it. Its might not need it but it wont do any harm. Take care and please let us know. Cris x0 -
Thanks Cris, yes will def get it looked at, even if just the nurse, let you know x0

Hi Jordan,
Just thinking are you still working long hours? It might be you have aggravated it all over doing things? Sit with it up and rest it as much as you can and I hope its something silly. Cris x0 -
So glad that you will have it looked at soonest and look forward to hearing from you that it's all a nothing, hopefully.

I agree with Annie, you should get it looked at as soon as you can. You can't tell over the internet
but it's best to safe.

Defo get it checked out Jay. Mini alarm bells rang when I read your post. Probably nothing but cannot be sure if you do not have the medical knowledge. You are not wasting yours or the medics time finding out. Is the calf swollen, at all?
I wish you well,
Love

I wanted to say I hope you are ok, and now know if it is a DVT. or Phlebitis.
I'm wishing you Good Luck.

Hi everyone, thanks for msgs. am still working long hours with the babies, but have told parents about the RA and waiting for more results etc.
Hopefully its to do with this. I had a bad flare (I think) last weekend, was hot sweaty, temp up a little, pains in stomach and felt faint. Put it down to the very long week started at 7 due to mum doing a course and having a long journey, plus had to collect baby from the school where mum works.
Will let you all know, thank you all for caring x0
