Hi Trish,
Really, really, really glad your home Love to you both, Cris xx0 -
Hi Everyone
3 from months later and I'm in my own HOME at last.
I never thought this day would come, I'm so happy just to see my home.
Sorry I did not come back later as I told Annie, but there were once again many, many tears from me.
There were a few occasions when I thought I would go straight from respite into a home.
Thank you for helping me to get through the nightmare I was in, your support helped me so much.
Guess what I cannot sleep!!!! Hubby is fast asleep though.

Hi Trish,
I am so pleased your back home. Its not surprising you have been a bit emotional, you have been to hell and back of late.
Got to cramp so just popped in an now about to go try a bit more sleep You ok now? It must be so good to not be in the Hospice and have your own things all round you, and the most important your OH. Love and a hope you soon sleep Cris xx0 -
Cris
It's lovely and a lovely feeling. It still feels funny, wierd, but I know I'm home.
We are going to put the decorations up tomorrow ready for our visitors.
Wow, I just cannot believe this Cris.
I hope your cramp goes as well try and go back to sleep. Iwill be down to you to help with the lights later.

Hi Trish,
You will have to help me get the rope lights over the top I just haven't got enough throw in me...... The wind might do it for me though it usually only plays a bit with the lights cus its a hawthorn and very able to hold on to them
Its looks good but look at my hands  Its old and gnarled and got massive thorns but I pay the price every year cus he does look good Went out with the dogs just now and the young lodgers were standing under it, do you think they sang a carol?
Right flower I am off to see if I can lie down and not get the cramp..... I sort of did spin the sheep wrong tonight so its my fault, though Stamp's had a hand in it
I am so glad your hoe now
Love

Hi Cris
I will be down in my electric chair, with all the gadgets. I will do the top of the tree and you do the bottom. I will bring some thick anti prick gloves.
You let the dogs out, aahhh, no Cris I think they may have done a wee on it
Of course they were singing carols, wonder what they could have sang? Silent Night that would have been their first choice.
That Miss Stampy causing trouble again, what will we do with her?Does she still need injections? We will dye her fleece Christmas colours eh?
You go and try to get comfy, if not I will hang around in case you cannot sleep.
Can I borrow your hotties tomorrow?
love Trish xx0 -
I kinda thought it might be late before you got back in Trish. Sooooo glad you are home again, it's been a long hard journey for you and I'm not surprised there were many tears.
At times like that I don't want to go to sleep in case I wake up and find it's all a dream.
It's not a dream for you, though. Enjoy your first weekend in your home!

Welcome Hme Trisher.
I can imagine the emotion for both of you.
You have beaten me with the lights too.
I have been thinking of you all week and over the weekend, so I was pleased when I came on to the forum and caught up with all the messages. All you need now is to get over the operation and get stronger. Is hubby really well too. He has been through a rough time aswell. Hope he is now ok.
