On my DiL's trip to Leicester Hospital last week, they bought a large blow up deer balloon that had legs attached. Has anyone seen them? They bought it from the WRVS shop in the hospital.
So today when we went DiL said she would buy us one. They look so real.
Shame, they had all gone, but they did have some dogs and pigs. Well I just loved the pigs, so DiL buys two for us. Woman blows them up and there we were, walking back to the Pharmacy with these two pigs walking behind us. They seemed so realistic. My hubby loved them and everyone was laughing at them. I think we cheered everyone up.
When we got to the Pharmacy, sitting there for another hour the number of people gauping at these two pigs. At last, the assistant in the Pharmacy called DiLs number out and we go to the trap door when assistant sees these pigs, she thought they were real and said "Hey, you can't bring them in here". Needless to say, she felt stupid. As if anyone would bring the real thing in.

Now what is the longest anyone has sat in a hospital pharmacy. We were 2 hrs in all.

    Hi Joy
    I love pigs too!
    M m-in-law loves pigs too.
We were in pets at home and they had some lovely pig toys for dogs (got no dog either of us) in pink or black...I picked one up and it snorted so realistically that I bought her one!!!
    Happy pigmas!
    Love

I am hoping to paint a picture of pigs in the new year. I shall do some trial ones on watercolour and then do them on canvases.

I like painting cows and cockrells aswell, but I think the pigs will do well.

For next Christmas how about a scene with Deer's near a forest, having the Autumn leaves in there colours on the ground.

Could you use a fence going across the scene making it look as if on a hill?

Another idea, Deers and a Stag in the background a mountain?

I did both of these on my satin cards I used to do, they came out better than I thought they would.

Have you got any od your paintings that you could show like Joseph has done.

    Hi Trisher
I've already done this picture, about 3 years ago now. I could put it on facebook or perhaps you could send email by PM and I'll send you a copy tomorrow.

I think Joseph had a web page. Unfortunately I haven't set one up yet. Unless he can help me set them up another way, I would love to show you what I have done.
