methotrexate reduced - yepeee!!!

Hi everyone

am so pleased as specialist agreed to reduce my methotrexate. as I said in other post, had horrid side effects and wanted advice. also I spoke honestly to specialist and he said I could not carry on feeling like I did, so agreed to reduce me to 15mls a week. Did my injection yesterday and feel so much better. Little bit of nausa but once I take anti sick tablet, this soon goes. Am able to eat properly and dont feel so wishy washy!!!!! He has also agreed to give me slow releasing Tramadol, so if I feel a bad night coming on, I can take one and hopefully sleep!!!

was worried about talking to specialist, as sometimes they dont seem to listen, but saw main chap this time and he was brill!!

Thats great hun! Its so nice to feel that you and your rheumy team are working together to beat this awful 'arthur'.

Hopefully you will enjoy eating all the xmas goodies..... just don't overdo them lol
