Hi Al,

Kath's going in for her opp today so I just wanted to say

GOOD LUCK KATH and I really hope it goes well and changes you life so much for the better. Will be thinking of you.

    I hope that by now it is all done and dusted and you are on the road to recovery to start 2010 with a more full filling life in many ways with your new hip. You certainly deserve to do so, you have been most patient.

    I must admit,l have only just 'caught up' with this post.

    I sincerely hope your op went well.
    Keep taking the tablets I suppose
    Exercise only as and when you should.
    Mind the slippy weather
    and Roll on Summer.
    You will be skipping all over the place then
