the surgeon saw me called me into his room and asked how I was since he last saw me , I was telling him that since the pysio i had a bit more movement , he asked if I tryed without the cruthes I said yes the pysio asked me to try but all I got was too steps and the pain in my hip was too bad , he said better to stay on them .
He said I think we will leave it for a while , but I want you to tell your gp when it is so bad for you but as your still too younng might consider the surgey in 10 years time , there noway he would go near me with the knife until I am 60 or 70, one thing I like is I can decide when I see him again.

Hi Mike
I hope that doesn't mean you'll be on crutches for 10 years!
Glad he's left the door open for you.
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope this weather improves. We've just had a hail storm accompanied by thunder and lightning. Lightning frightens me!
