Hi Louise, I was given slow release Tramadol once, I have to say that it didn't help me at all, I have the normal Tramadol now and find that they work ok love Jaspercatxx0

Hi Loiuse, i'd like to know too.
My pain management plan is to go onto these, at the moment im on the normal Tramodols.I find the constaption(sp) is less than on the cocodomols. which is a great releif(pardon the pun )

When I was on them I was tod to take 12 hours apart e,g 8am then 8pm. I admit I felt I could do with a bit more pain relief in the afternoon.
I am getting weaned off the oxi's (morphine) at the moment and have been told that I will be back on the Tramadols 200mg twice a day. I preferred them to CoDrydamol.
