I had togo to the supermarket today and ive walked on the blastered snow to get into the car and now my foot and ankle joint has swollen and very painful (grumpy after being in bed with pain all last week too)

    Hi, I am the same, don't know why but I could just sit and cry, Malcolm says that he knows when I am in flare because I get very snappy and irritable love Jaspercatxx

    when i'm grumpy and when i wake up feeling grumpy my family have learnt to be careful what they say to me!! they are very good though as they know that its not me but the pain or fatigue that is responsible!!!

    tis very hard though and sometimes i feel like sitting down and crying, which i do on the odd occasions when noone is around!!! i think things just get to us and it has to come out somehow???
    :cry::cry:

    Hi, I get weepy days, depression sets in and the pain is worse, and when I just want to go back to how life used to be, I liked my job and I miss the contact and interaction with people. I was a Care Assistant, trained to work with Dementia suffers. Not what a lot of people would choose, I know, but most of the people I worked with were dedicated, as the building was divided to keep our lot safe, we could give proper more individual care. But now its time to move on. My husband hates me getting upset so I try not to show it too much. :) Love Sue
