ok walking in this snow is causing so much pain i only work 4 hours a day (pm) and do enjoy my job but in so much pain today think it tencing up so do not fall on ice .the cold not helping think might have to get central heating for next year lol. so stiff in pain and a miserable git lol. in truth feeling better since coming on here thanks u lot

    Hi, Sorry the cold is getting to you, even though I'm lucky and don't have to go out, I still seem to feel more pain! Maybe I should'nt look out the window?? Even my 5 cats have spent most of the day on the bed! Not daft anamals. :wink:

    Can`t you ask one of the lads to get your shoppong Val? Rest as much as you can over the weekend, maybe that will help.......Ange.

    Hi Val,

    Sorry your hurting and kinda agree walking on snow doesn't help too much. I agree with the others and if you can take it easy over the weekend see if that helps. In the mean time sty safe an warm. Luv and a ((( ))) Cris x

    thanks. oh came and helped, one of lads over at girl friends other works as postman bless him had enough of snow when he gets in. wrapped up on sofa with heat bag keep moving it from hip to neck lol pain meds not touching it wish could fall asleep for a bit just to get rid of pain for a bit. got app. at doc monday just as well. made it because she was away for 4 weeks and thought might need to see her after rhummy visit but that went ok. well stopping moaning now will go get cup of hot chocolate in cafe.

    no must admit on hrt, tabs for allergy, 4 types for arther so feel enough enough do not often get that bad much better today. at docs tomorrow if i can get there will phone first to make sure she is do not think busses going up that far as top off hill lol. do not have car would normally get taxi up but do not know if will be running depends on how much snow we get today lol
