    Hello all,
Me too. Going quietly mad here playing b..............y pacman 'til my fingers fall off!
Why are we all feeling like this at the same time? I don't think it's just the weather.
I feel like doing the lottery then I'd come on that cruise with you all.

:D One young lady 14 going on 22 very attractive and grown up.. laughs a lot, one young lady nearly 7 (that nearly 7 is important, not 6 but nearly 7) great dress sense, environmentally aware. One young man 3.. a thug, loves gloves puppets which he interacts with, (trained by me), affectionate and funny
The are very tiring but lift the spirits :D

And one very proud grandad, sixty summat, going on a teenager. I envy you.

And so do I, Ange. With all mine on the other side of the world, I think I might adopt some a bit closer!

 please do not shout at me. I am not bored today. Got up late, did stretching exercises and hula hooping, cleaned the bathroom and made the bed, cups of herb tea, lunch, went out to the shops to buy a butternut squash and although there are no vegs in the supermarket a lot of new crates had just arrived on the shop floor and there were three crates of squashes, so got first choice. Called into the charity shop on the way home and purchased a nice teapot. Have not liked mine for years! Also a vase. More tea when got back, after meeting an ex neighbour so long chat there. Apple crumble in the oven now and beef slices have thawed out, so lovely roast dinner tonight. Listening to cd's. Written a long email to a friend who wrote at christmas time. Have now after all these years exchanged email addresses. Going to peel the tatties now.

I apologise for having had a lovely day so far. Stop throwing snowballs at me.

Hope you all feel less bored, very soon. :)

    Luv
    Elna x
The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.

If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.

I am not bored today - I have been busy organising a trip to Australia - leaving tomorrow!!

    So far I have

    organised tickets
    checked in online
    transferred money
    arranged accomodation
    organised car hire
gone to Dr's for letter explaining needing to carry injections
gone to Mediworld and bought insulated bag for inj's
    then to local chemist
then boots for other bits and bobs
had chats with neighbours on each side about the weather
did a quick shop at Tesco's so hubby doesn't starve while he is home alone
    got petrol
    had a nice lunch
    played with my kitty cats
and now I really need to think about packing

See you in two weeks folks!

Anyone notice that bedroom is an anagram of boredom ... so there is a hint on what to do to brighten up your evening. Please can I rent you for a few hours Rehab but not for your domestic talents.

Stairway to heaven ... sounds tempting but have you got a stair lift? What if I got stuck up there and couldn't get back down?

    Hi Rehab,
Think I know what box your reading! That's not the whole quote that's on the box is it?
If you are where I think your from then it reads :-
    "After Action Satisfaction". Yes?
    Am I wrong?

    Hi Berty
Sorry to read that you are 'so bord'
Are you feeling a little bit post christmas and all that.
why not make a list of all the things you would like to do, e.g. hobbies, have you thought of trying painting maybe.

I have found tv around Christmas has been so 'boring' as you put it.
all repeats. Some good stuff on now though.
Day time is boring. Now that Christmas is over I am trying to get back to my painting and find it so absorbing, which is why i suggested it. just a thought.
Will be nice when we can get out again.

hope you have a good day today
    joy
