Here in Kent earlier today, we measured 8 inches of snow.
Since then it has been snowing for the last 10hrs and is still snowing hard.
Kent now has the army on standby.
Stay safe everyone

Hi Chris
We've got ice under the snow! The tempreature hardly gets above freezing during the day. I don't like this weather, i'm not very stable on my feet in the snow and scared of falling and starting off arthur in my spine since it has been at bay for about 2 months now.

You have got it bad in Kent.Look after yourself. It is def dodgy to walk on.I had to get son off mini bus outside house but they had to bring him to me as too slippery for me.Meant to be collecting daughter from school on Monday(son at hospital appt). Not sure what to doThanks for sharing the pics.

Pink is my favourite colour! Hence my dog being called Rosie. Thought Pinkie would sound a bit funny when calling her up the park
It's snowing here again now, no sign of a thaw. Waiting for our managing director to get in touch about monday since work has been closed since last thursday0 -
Hi, here in Macclesfield we are expecting more snow, sometime today that is what the forecasters say, we have grey skys and it is very windy and cold, my cat has decided not to have his window open today thank goodness, don't want any more snow as we have persuaded W******* to deliver on wednesday love Jaspercatxx0

Still snowing in Leicestershire, biting wind, just took dogs out, not far but back now and not going again tooooooooo cold
Keep warm all

We have got off very lightly in Kettering.
Nevery know, will probably arrive tonight, but compared to you folks, the ground is barely covered. All the snow from yesterday cleared by the evening.
There is a very fine sort of snow coming down at this minute. thats all.
I don't know what the roads are like in Cheshire, but my pharmacuetial company was suppose to deliver my MTX last week and couldn't make it. I have no doses now until they deliver on Tuesday. If they have to abort it again, I shall have to go to the hospital I suppose.
At least I'm glad that my new boots are warm and easy to walk in.
You all take care.

Oh it's snowing yet again in Kent. My road was virtually clear this afternoon as the local farmer has been going up and down with a plough but now it's covered again.
On the good side, maybe that means another day off work and taking some more photos

Really heavy snow fall here last night, the road has not been gritted, our drive is lethal, so if I'm going out it will by shankes pony!!!!
The sky looks full of the stuff, so looks like it's not over yet!

No more snow in Lanarkshire..thank goodness!
road outside where I am is still not passable though.
hope everyone is keeping warm and take care if you have to go out today. Feel sorry for the kids sitting their exams! Irisx0 -
We havent had any more snow thank god. Just been out and the road is even more icy as it seems to have been raining. No way am I going out in my car as one of the neighbours car is stuck in a hedge blocking part of the road. Need to go take some prescriptions to the docs for my mum going to walk and I know the pavements that way will be even more slippy.0
