shoulder scrape and resurfacing

:?: Hello is there anyone who can has had a shoulder resurface who can tell me anything about it . Like how long the stay is in hospital , what the benefit is and is it worth it ? I have had knee and hip replaced , but never had any shoulder surgery before so am feeling really nervous. My date for opp is 4th of Feb . Would really appreciate any feedback. :?

    I have no personal experience, but is it like an arthroscopy of the shoulder?
    If so my friend had it done a while back and is really pleased. Think it was keyhole and she was in overnight and that was it. She can wash her hair now!
    Hope that helps a tidge until some one who has had it done replies.
