sleep position

hi just a question on sleep positions at the moment i sleep half front half side when i have had my knee replaced will it still be possible as i cant stay on my back for any length of time stupid question i know x :roll:

    You can lie on your side after the op, but not a good idea to have one knee on top of the other but you will find that out for yourself ie that it is not comfortable. :roll: You can put a pillow or some kind of cushioning inbetween both knees and that is more comfy or lie with one leg bent in front of the other, if you get my gist. You will find by trial and error the most comfortable way for you to lie, how you usually do.
