Flippin' Viruses!

Hi peeps, not been on for a while, work commitments, hope everyone is well and all your snow has gone.

Anyway down to things.

I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered, this morning when I checked my emails there were 2 from different delivery companies.

Being half awake I opened them, both of them contained a virus.

My anti-virus sorted them out and gave me a warning so that I could send them to the vault, and I have done a full virus scan and I am in the clear.

But this is a clear warning that these things are about

So peeps becareful when opening any emails but especially if you are expecting any kind of delivery.

My step daughter assures me that a friend of hers had to have the whole of Windows re-installed after opening one of these emails.

You have been warned!

    thanks u need good anti virus but even then new ones get through from time to time it a game to them but not to us GRRRRRR

    If there are any emails that I'm not sure of or do not recognise I delete them

    Being careful with what I download now. Last time I downloaded smilies mess our system up.

    A mate of mine who is a PC nut got a trojan on his system and it opened a portal so every time he turned his PC on it started letting in viruses, it's such a new Trojan it hasn't even been given a name, he traced it to a Russian server, in the end he had to reformate his hard drive to get shot of it as it couldn't be found by any means.
