having a moan

I am really fed up & don't know what to do with myself, I thought I was going to be starting acupuncture today, but he told me he was going to have to write back to my GP, because he didn't want to touch my neck,
until I had started using two sticks for a few weeks which he said he would be ordering for me for next weeks appointment I can see where he is coming from, But I hate using one stick let alone two, I feel so deflated,After I had finished with the physio I sat in the car while OA popped in tescos to get a little shopping, & all the elderly people walking passed my car were all walking better than me
any way moan over I've just got to get on with it thanks for listening.
I hope you are keeping warm & well
take care Sue xx

    Hi Sue,

Oh flower its not fair when your told one thing and then the other people say well no actually we wont. I've had it a few times especially with my neck. It snowballs into a bad day with me where, like you, I see my self as something a good day doesn't let me see.

Its hard to tell you it will be ok but well your are allowed to feel like this and tomorrow it will all be back in proportion and the fight returns and you trog back to the other department and try and sort it out. In the mean time I think we all understand where your coming from and I wish I knew the answers but a ((((( ))))) might help. Luv Cris x

we all have days like that - and that is what the forum is so good for ...... there is always someone feeling down and someone else feeling strong enough to help out.

If you don't want to let the mask down in front of hubby (it might not be such a bad thing to do though) then let your frustrations out on here ....... it might help
