New Kitchen but feel Stressed out

Hello, I'm feeling a bit tired today, tried to read the paper, but I kept reading the same thing over and over, although I havn't done anything, as we have just started having a new kitchen put in. To cap it all, I had a phone call from the Pain Clinic offering me a place on a Pain Management Seminar today, as someone had dropped out, but I had to be in to meet all the people coming today! Gosh, the muddle, they've started by taking all the units out and the cooker! We've got all the food from the cupboards in boxes and the mugs and china all in different places. The fridge is still working but has been moved. The only sink is the small one in the utility room and I can't use the dishwasher. I've felt pretty off today, my ankles and toes have started hurting and my knees are swollen and burning! I think it will look nice WHEN they finish. I'm having lever taps and a waist high oven, so I don't have to bend. So I'll stop moaning and think of how lucky I am. Its stress I think, from all the banging, my poor cats are quite stressed out! Love Sue

Sue,
It's bad enough getting work done when you are feeling ok but when you feel under the weather it's awful. the thing that amazed me when we done the kitchen is how much 'stuff' you have in the cupboards.
It will be worth it when it is finised.

Hello, Yes, it will be nice to have it done and to have things fitted in a way that is easier for me to work in. I'm really very lucky and shoud'nt moan. We knew, when we bought the house that we would have to have it done, but have put it off. Sorry to be moaning yet again!
