I get a lot of uncomfortable soreness...rather than attacks of instense deep stabbing or sharp pains
any ideas what might help ?
I can get co codomol ( 30 ) no problem, my gp is great but I dont need it all the time as my pain is more stiffness/soreness ?
does that make any sense ?

I find an anti inflammatory the best for that sort of pain. I am off them for 10 days due to having an op very shortly and do I notice the difference with the soreness and stiffness in my joints. I never would have thought two daily tiny pills could take all that away. The happiest people don't have the best of everything. They just make the best of everything.
If you can lay down at night knowing in your heart that you made someone's day just a little bit better, you know you had a good day.0 -
