further to another post my pain is soresness and stiffness more than real intense pain ....I get co codomal 30S for this

now I am at early stages here ....

I like to be in control of, and not controlled by medicines, doctors etc

and my docs are very helpful to be fair

what anti inflammatory can I try and whats peoples opinions of each one ?

Ibuprofen seems to be 3 doses a day

if you check foods out there are some like pinapple that got anti inflam propertys so always try to have some and brockly as well google it there lots of info out there. ibuprophen what doc tells you to try to start with if that no good then go on to naproxin if that not strong enough try something else so on and so forth till they find what suits you best good luck it hard at the start as you do not want meds but sometimes you need them so it nice to know what what so you can decide it the not knowing that hard

naproxyn was mentioned as an option ...and I gather its a twice a day pill ...which seems easier

it is i take it but stronger if you like i was you want to keep meds down to least amount you can till you have to take them it works well so you can give it a try make sure you eat before it as can cause stomache probs got some meds to stop that as went through a period where wanting to eat was not high on list of prioritys lol but only use them when not got time to eat properly or feeling to ill to want to (to look at me you would never think i do not feel like eating)

take ibuprophen till then will help and you can tell them you tried it check with cheminst, but should be ok with co codomal as naproxen is ok with it. if you pay for prescriptions pre paid better option if you have to get a few i pay 3 months then stock up lol

I can afford to pay for my basic meds...such as paracetamol and the rubbing cream I have been prescribed I feel is no btter than deep heat...so rather than use the NHS...I pay for them ...unless its co codamol 30s ...which you can only get from prescription
