Anyone else had this.....

I took my 1st MTX on Saturday night.A couple of hours later i started getting a twitch in my carve muscle on my left leg.

My partner said it was prob the way i was sitting but its happening every day now since Saturday?

Any one else experienced this?

    Never had that side effect might be a trapped nerve causing twitch. If worried mention it to doc when you go for methotrexate prescription. Hope your partner right and just the way you were sitting. Good luck hope it goes away as quick as it started.

    I've never experienced anything like this associated with Mtx or haven't read where others have. Maybe it's just coincidence.

    Have you read the side effects leaflet with Mtx to see if it appears in there?
