blood test results help please

I've just got the results of some blood tests and as I can't seee my GP for 3 weeeks wondered if anyone could help in interpreting them as I've no idea what they mean.

43F.. RHEUMATOID FACTOR <7 iu/ml. 0-14

44CC. C-REACTIVE PROTEIN 7.8mg/L <3

    I'm going to assume that the final number denotes what is normal for that lab, and the number prior to that is your test result. Based on those assumptions your labs are within normal range.
