well what a farce ,a load of questionnaires that never get looked at by them
a daily diary from 6 am to 11 pm
how long do you take to do the every day tasks how often daily weekly longer and that's just personal hygiene ,
don't get me wrong i know some people might need motivating to get up and wash , i feel so belittled , that i have been labled as unmotivated , and the like , so i have been assertive and ripped up the paper work , the good thing is is its not compulsary [YET]

Sounds like another way of getting information on people. They could use it to check against esa or incapacity claimes to catch us out. Not that we are lying we just might forget points which is possible as the more the condition takes hold and all the conditions we have to mention things can easily get forgotten. I dont trust the dss or the government anymore. They have made such a b***S up of the whole system and the genuine are suffering for it :x :x joanne

Bertyboy .... tell me you're joking! What a load of ......
Is this more research, info to catch people out or an exercise in jobsworth. I hope you put that torn up paper in a bin and didn't drop it on the floor! I suppose you couldn't repeat what you would like to have said.

I'm sorry you had such a waste of time. It sounds like intrusive rubbish. Did you have to go or was it volutory? Because, if you where made to do it, I think its against the Human Rights Charter of 1995, the right a private life, or the right to dignity. I think I would have totally lost my temper and walked out! :( What the Hell do these people think they are doing?

This sort of thing is fine, if you agree and its suitable to a medical condition and conduted by medical staff, but the normal person should not be put through the mill like this. I don't know what else to say.

    Another waste of taxpayer's money.

Can I suggest that you could have filled it in for your worst day ever, then give them the information, then proceed to hound them about the answers.

Just a few questions to ask them:
In relation to Question 2, what do you intend to do about it? Why are you doing nothing? When can I expect an answer? Who do I complain to about your inaction? When can I get some more money for filling this in? Do you guarantee that it is useful to me? Why don't your ideas work? Find me a list of alternatives? How much of my hard earned money has been wasted on this rubbish? And on, and on, and on.

I used to turn up with page after page of questions for them. They have to process so many people per hour, so I used to spend a couple of hours with one of them and if they couldn't answer anything then ask to see a supervisor. If the supervisor was 'busy' I would ask to see the Centre Manager. If the CM was 'busy' then I was on the phone to the Regional Office making an official complaint. They will never ask you to fill in anything else, ever.
